Computerization and Information Technologies Developing Center UZINFOCOM was established in 2002 by the Decree of the President of Uzbekistan and is a structural division of the Communication and Information Agency of Uzbekistan.
The objectives of UZINFOCOM are to assist the development and implementation of strategic priorities of the national program of computerization and application of ICT in all sectors of economy, administration and social sphere, as well as meeting Uzbekistan’s information needs and its joining the world information society.
The Center provides a wide range of information and consulting services to the administration bodies and state organizations, as well as private business. These include development of legal documents and standards, provision of data transmission services, expertise of ICT projects, training and others. |
